Black Leadership À la Carte

Black Women Redefining Power & Possibility in Foodservice.

In every corner of the Canadian foodservice industry, Black women are shaping the culture—on the line, in the boardroom, behind the bar, in the lab, on the floor and at the head of the table. Most of the time, you just don’t get to hear their stories.

Black leadership À la Carte is a new series from The Re-Seasoning Coalition spotlighting Black women transforming hospitality from the inside and lighting the way for the next generation. These team leaders, GM’s, chefs, founders, entrepreneurs, and executives have generously engaged in real conversations about risk, resilience, joy and survival, pulling back the curtain on what it really takes to build a life and a career in this industry.

To learn how to meaningfully engage and support Black women in your company and beyond, explore The Re-Seasoning Coalition’s Equity & Empowerment in Foodservice e-learning program, a first-to-market solution built for Canadian hospitality leaders.
