“Balanced Breakfast”

Inspiration: Breakfast
1 oz  Blanco Tequila
.5 oz Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
3 Basil Leaves
Shake and fine strain into hollowed grapefruit half over ice
Top with 2 oz Perrier
Garnish with Basil Bouquet
